“I called Paul desperate, as National Grid turned off our gas because we didn’t have an air intake. We’d called another guy first, who showed up the next day, took our $575 deposit for the part that we needed and 2 weeks later, we were still calling him to beg him to come do this so we can have hot water again! I called Paul and the next day he had someone at the house to do what needed to be done to get the hot water heater on…………yay! Today they came and finished the job, so we now have heat!!
